1) Deal Registration

Here’s How It Works:

Price Protection for Up to 90 Days

Once approved, registered deals are eligible for pricing protection for up to three months, giving you plenty of time to finalize and close on big projects.


Terms and Conditions apply as follows:

• Projects must be valued at $10,000 USD in MAP price, or more.
  
• Orders must be placed through authorized distributors.
  
• Discount and 90-day price protection apply only to non-public RFQ/RFP bids.
  
• Discount is now available on all PTZO/HCHD branded products.
  
• PTZOptics reserves the right to refuse or terminate registration discounts and price protection at any time for any reason.
  
• You authorize PTZOptics and HuddleCamHD to contact registered deal end-user(s).

2) Flex Bundle Deal Registration

Mix and match 3 to 6 cameras with the controller of your choice for a 5% bundle discount!.

Got a project that requires multiple cameras and control? Mix and match cameras and controllers with PTZOptics.

Here’s How It Works:

Each bundle must consist of one PTZOptics or HuddleCamHD controller paired with 3 to 6 PTZOptics or HuddleCamHD cameras from our latest models (listed below). You may purchase multiple bundles for a single project, but they must adhere to those ratio guidelines (e.g. 1 controller and 3 to 6 cameras, 2 controllers and 6 to 12 cameras, 3 controllers and 9 to 18 cameras, etc.). Each bundle will receive our 5% Flex Bundle Deal program discount.

Please note that each bundle MUST be associated with a specific project in order to be eligible for the Flex Bundle Deal program.

• Flex Bundle Deal Registrations must be project-based. Project details, including client information, must be specified.
