Shipping policy

Shipping process time:

We generally process and ship the same day to our resellers for orders received by 4pm CET.

Delivery time:

Your shipment will arrive via UPS. The delivery time for international shipments (Europe territory) is 1-3 business days. 

Tracking code:

After we dispatched your package, a tracking code will be activated. In order to track your package, please go to the 'orders' page in your account

Shipping rates:

MVD Europe ships packages in the entire European territory. Please note that prices for international shipments may varry. The final shipping costs will be showed during the ordering proces.
